At Keller Williams there are certain core beliefs in how business is done…
The first is in the Mission: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living.
The second is in the Vision: To be the real estate company of choice for a new generation of sales associates and real estate owners.
The third is in the Values: God, family, and then business.
How do these core beliefs translate into a meaningful partnership with an associate and a team leader like myself? I think vitally.
The Mission: From my perspective, partnering with talented and sincerely motivated associates who want a career that is meaningful gets me up in the morning. It drives everything I do. Owning your own Real Estate business is one of the most challenging and rewarding careers you can have — why shouldn’t it be meaningful and with true value!
The Vision: Being the real estate company of choice for a new generation of REALTOR can be a challenge if you don’t know who you are. At Keller Williams Metro Team Realty we do. We know ourselves. We do things the right way, even when no one else is looking. We strive to engage with our clients in ways that speak to new technologies using old techniques. It’s success through people. Results through listening.
The Values: What?!? God, family, and then business. Did he really say that, you may ask? It’s an interesting concept in a business world that shies away from politically incorrect subjects, but Keller Williams as a company does believe that there should be a moral compass pointing us in our business. But ignore that for a second. Re-read it. God, family, AND THEN business. See the difference. When was the last time you turned off your phone after dinner with your family. Never, right? Well, Keller Williams believes you should. Does that mean ignoring our clients? Of course not. But it does mean understanding that priorities are important — including taking care of those closest to you.
